IMPORTANT NOTICE:

CHANGE REGARDING PAYMENT OF OFFICIAL FEES IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

Effective from January 2011, as the date of payment is considered the date of receipt of the payment to the account of the Czech Industrial Property Office.

Taking into the consideration this change, we would like to ask you to pay heightened attention to timely sending of all your instructions, i.e. at least 24 hours before the due date. Namely, this notice concerns some official fees which cannot be paid later, such as annuity fees, fees for substantial examination, printing fees, fees for filing the opposition, appeal etc.

Please rest assured that in critical case we are ready to make a cash payment, but this one is limited by opening hours of the Czech Industrial Property Office which are:

Monday        8:00 – 17:00
Tuesday       8:00 – 16:00
Wednesday  8:00 – 17:00
Thursday      8:00 – 16:00
Friday           8:00 – 14:30

But it is important to note that we need also time (at least two hours before the closing hour) to be able to send courier with cash payment to the Office.
